Do I need prior jewelry-making experience?
Not at all! No prior experience is required. Our master jeweler Mayra will guide you through every step of the process, making it accessible and enjoyable for beginners and enthusiasts alike.
What should I wear to the gold experience?
We recommend smart casual or cocktail attire for the evening. Closed-toe shoes are required for safety. Luxury aprons are provided for your comfort.
Can I select specific precious stones?
Absolutely! Our premium experience includes access to a curated selection of sapphires, emeralds, diamonds, and other precious stones. Mayra will guide you through the selection process.
What's included complimentary in the experience?
Your luxury experience includes two glasses of premium wine, artisanal appetizers, your custom-crafted ring, and personalized guidance from our master jeweler throughout the entire evening.
What is your refund policy?
We offer full refunds to your original payment method, no questions asked, up to two weeks before your scheduled event date. This gives you peace of mind when booking your luxury experience.
How is this experience different from the Silver experience?
This premium experience is held in a highly exclusive private room at an upscale Italian restaurant in the Financial District, compared to the Silver experience at our workshop studio. Your piece is crafted in 14k gold instead of sterling silver, receives priority in production and casting, and arrives via express delivery service.
